Visual Studio Build: Update GTK DLL Build Flags

As the print preview command is moved into the sources, don't define it in
the preprocessor definitions.  However, define the
GTK_PRINT_BACKEND_ENABLE_UNSUPPORTED in the preprocessor definitions, to
make the build in-line with the autotools builds.
